i would go with thrombotic as the risk factors for this condition prevail more in this group of population

It is hemorrhagic but is followed very closely (in terms of percentage) by thrombotic. So, in summary, for young adults hemorrhagic CVD should not be ignored.

AVMs, Berry's aneurysms can explain hemorrhagic, what other pathologies can be counted here?

I think what you said are them most common ones. The fact is the percentage of stroke in young age is very low when you compare it with the older age group.

Only three percent of cerebral infarcts occur in patients under forty years of age...and most ofen due to ruptures berry aneurysm or protein c and deficiency
