ammulufy - 04-23-10 20:20 My answer is: b.
The limitation of mobility n pain in the respective areas can probably be due to fracture of the respective vertebra wch can clearly be visualised in X-ray.....DEXA scan is useful for evaluating osteoporosis n hence not useful here......bone scan is also useful for d same former condn n hence not the answr.....MRI is too much an invasive investigation for a trauma caused fracture whch can easily be detected by X-ray alone.....reassurance is not enough because of significant history of trauma....hence I go wid b.

neck and upper back pain, cannot rotate her head 45° to the right or left...probably there may be a fracture which can be visualised with x-rays.
