In fact I decided to discuss some of my cases I have every day in our hospital:
today we had an interesting case:
A 25 Y/O PREGNANT WOMAN ( GA: 31 W) WITH ABDOMINAL PAIN SINCE 4 DAYS A GO ... I TALKED TO HER AND SHE MENTIONED THAT HER PAIN WAS IN SUPRAPUBIC FIRST AND THE GENYCOLOGISTS TOLD HER SHE HAD UTI, SO THEY GAVE HER ABs IN THE STATE OF HER MOTHER..BUT THE PAIN DIDN'T RELIEVED AND GOT WORSEN.NOW SHE COMES WITH RLQ PAIN ..NO NAUSEA AND VOMITIING ..IN PH/E I FOUND A TYPIC PALPABLE AND TENDER MASS IN RLQ THAT WAS COMING TO MIDLINE...
IN LAB TEST SHE HAD WBC:16000 BUT NO FEVER.IT WAS AT MIDNIGHT AND THE PROFFESIONAL SONOGRAPHST WASN'T REACHABLE BUT THE HYPOECHO MASS IN RLQ WAS MENTIONED....WE GAVE HER ABs AND SEDATIVES TO DECIDE WHAT TO DO...SHE WAS ALITTLE CALM THIS MORNING BUT STILL HAD TENDERNESS.

Re: MY TODAY CASES sackatdoc - 10-18-08 01:34 precisely which part of the case you didnt understand, the clinical signs&symptoms,or the diagnosis?presentation 31weeks with abdominal pain and then mass palpated, USG showed a red degeneration
