Yes the rheumatic heart disease is the most common cause of native valve endocarditis.
The second common cause is congenetal anomally like bicusped aortic valve , right ?

Native valve acute endocarditis usually has an aggressive course. Virulent organisms, such as Staphylococcus aureus and group B streptococci, are typically the causative agents of this type of endocarditis.
