Here is wat the NRMP says about it:

" Withdrawal by the Applicant:

Independent applicants may withdraw from the Matching Program, but only if the NRMP receives their withdrawal request prior to the rank order list certification deadline through the Match Site Withdrawal screen for the Matching Program. Applicants who accept a concurrent year residency position outside the Matching Program or through any other national matching service shall withdraw from the Matching Program. Withdrawal from the Matching Program must be completed prior to the rank order list certification deadline. Failure to withdraw from the Matching Program prior to the rank order list certification deadline shall be a breach of this Agreement and may subject the applicant to penalties. Applicants in the Matching Program are prohibited from accepting a position through any other national matching service or by agreement outside the Matching Program after the rank order list certification deadline. "

So, the above statment shows that one can't accept a position outside NRMP after the ROL certification deadline.

I c, so that means that i have to decline the offer in case i get it once ROL is submitted..Is it so?

Because, if u accept the offer after certifying yur ROL u will be violating the NRMP Match agreement.I also donot think that any program which participates in the NRMP Match will make such an offer to u after it submits its final ROL for the available quota thro' the NRMP.

I want to tell you that this program is not participating in NRMP match..they will offer direct Residency contract begnning from 1march..

So, this has been clearly stated by the NRMP.
Why do not u bring this issue into the notice of the program which does not participate in the NRMP Match?
