harry206 - 05-12-09 02:29 Right away take his/her blood for serology ---> immediately start him/her on 3 drug regimen while waiting for result (Tt: 2NRTI + 1PI X 1 m)----> Follow up done at 6wk, 3m & 6m

And, it can show that the person might already infected of HIV. (I mean before needle stick)

babbu5508 - 02-22-11 09:55 the risk of seroconversion after a needle stick injury from hiv patient is 0.3% at a single time...so be cautious each time....
