breast milk jaundice is what i know due to breast milk, and resolves once the breast milk is substituted with top milk, now with logic if i think i can say may be due to hepatitis positive mother feeding and giving infection to baby and causing jaundice,,,,,(just a guess, be easy)

Nice imaginary thoughts ,but sorry it's not the right answer .Breast feeding jaundice is due to inadequate calories ,ocuring in the first days of life .
Breast milk jaundice is due to glucoronidase present in some breast milk ,usually occuring in the 2nd week.

It's my pleasure to to do so ,Mothers, especialy first time breast feeding ,that do not provide their neonates adequate feeding ( and so inadequate calories ),the newborns are at increased risk for developing jaundice ,that's called breast feeding jaundice .
It's not jumbled phrases my friend ,you can say it's confusing ,but it's preasent .Refrence Kaplan lecture notes for STEP 2 CK .

Okay Sackatdoc, you may see a case like this one day in the future and you may remember that now at least for sometime .The idea is that inadeqate calories may cause jaundice in the first few days of life .

In fact ,the breast feeding jaundice Vs breast milk jaundice are described in the lecture notes as I wrote here ,I don't know further details beyond inadequate calories .May be inadequate calories will affect live function of conjucation of bilirubin .
