because your credential I think you can make it. The problem is you are not applying correctly. Try to get a customized list to apply to the right programs, or do what theone says

very surprized what about ur attempts if they are ok then as the other mates said there might be some problem with ur prgm selections or speciality selection.

applied 2004,with no USCE----------got4 interviews(.IM forest park,mo------courtesy interview, Univ. of Amrillo,TX--f.practice, st.vincent,ohio...FP, Henry Ford,MI...FP)------------NOT MATCHED

Applied 2005,with 2 mths externship IM at Saint Louis Univ Hosp.+4 mth hands on externship in IM at Fores park hosp.got 4 interviews(2 IM interviews from NY,1 FP interview From ohio,1 IM interview from Forest park,MO where i did my externship .....unfotunately forest park closed for residency just 1 wk b/f the match....BAD LUCK!!!!!!!!

applied 2006 in IM,FP,OB(all) 112 prog.........just 1 interview in OB /Gyn from St.vincent,NY for 3 PGY-1 spots..........ONE OF THE BEST INTERVIEWS I EVER HAD,i went with lot of prep,and also prepared theoretIcally ,was got a full session of interview from one attending regarding theoratical Qs.all were answered.............NOT MATCHED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

feeelin helpless from all sides,tried step 3................failed with score 70
did couple of mths in Local FP clinic, preceptorship at psych clininc for 1 mth, worked at Washington univ.of st.louis for full 3 moth as volunteer reserearch assistant in psychiatry
applied 2007..................just 1 interview HCMC ,MN
VERY GOOD INTERVIEW....................NOT MATCHED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

BY The way regarding my attempts all in ist attempt except step 2 ehich is 2nd attempt.
this is very depressing,i donot know should apply now onr not

by the way from where can i get the customized list,as someone mentioned as before applying i do full search of website of the programs ,and have always applied in community and IMG freindly programs(except my ist yr of applying whe i mostly applied IM and only central states ),even i call programs b/f applying and apply whereever i c some flexibilty

i i tink u ave to look for alternative way tis is to much losing mony healt years waiting and noting happend so we have just to look for some thing diffrent . i know one not gait match after 2 years and did all te steps so she applyed for nurse practition and she is happy as se said .
