inability to read and drive is a characteristic of thrombotic stroke after occlusion of ........ cerebral artery.
Pls define the artery.

posterior cerebral can be one differential as it would affect vision and hence impaie ones ability to read and drive..:)

Yes, I think this is a HY one. Alexia or dyslexia (inability to read) while motor functions are preserved is the characteristic of PCA occlusion. It is only 5% of all cerebral occlusive conditions however.

posterior cerebral artery occlusion classically with dyslexia and homonymous hemianopia with macular sparing....very HY
