I did not get any interviews and am planning to participate in scramble. i received an e.mail from NRMP that i need to certify an ROL in order to participate in scramble or else register with the NRMP to participate in scramble. Does this later clause mean the 50 $ registration i did earlier or is it something else?Also what should i do about my ROL?

U have already registered with the NRMP by paying the 50 USD.U do not need to pay anything else.
For participation in Scramble one does not need to certify/submit his/her ROL.U donot also need to have had any Interview calls to participate in Scramble.
Yur NRMP registeration will provide u an access to the list of unfilled spots during Scramble.
