So far I'll give you the name of two institutions in Florida if you are interestes: Mount Sinai, Miami and University of Miami/Jackson Memorial. In Texas there is Baylor University. But contact all programs first

i mean from frieda u wil get all the e mail address
and then see the response
i did the same
sometimes surprisingly few good places will give free observerships
as i got in mount sinai new york in obgyn
so try out ok

i am interested in IM if I get in other dept is it worth doing..........or shd we do in the same speciality

If you are interested in IM, the best is to get the observership in it. Although, I got Matched in IM, the obsies I did were in surgery (I was applying for both), so the specialty really doesn't matter, but if in the same it can give you extra points.
But in any specialty is worth doing
