I am doing observership currently.should i ask for LOR at the end of rotation or should i ask to write during my residency application.should i waive it or not??

If there is no difficulty in asking the LOR writer to send yur LOR directly to the ERAS before the next residency application cycle then that wud be OK.
If u waive yur right to see the LOR then u won't be getting yur LOR back at the end of the Match.So, if ever u need to reuse the LOR then u won't be able to do so and u will then have to ask the LOR writer to write u another LOR.
