i'll make an effort here
menI-pituitary adenoma,pheochromocytoma and parathyroid hyperplasia(3P)
men II A&B have medullary ca and pheochromo in common
with A has parathyroid hyperplasia& B has mucocutaneous nodules(not quiet remembering)please correct people.

MEN 1 has pancreas,pituatary and parathyroid involved.
pancreas has zollinger ellison ,insulinoma like tumours

is there any men 3?

oh yes, no pheochromo in MEN I, ONLY IN IIA and IIB.

retinoblastoma is a tumour supressor gene causing checkpoint on G1-S phase

i thought Men1 is due to tumour suppressor gene menin on chromosome 11. and MEN2 is due to Ret proto-oncogene. Thus they are different.
