menI-pituitary adenoma,pheochromocytoma and parathyroid hyperplasia(3P)
men II A&B have medullary ca and pheochromo in common
with A has parathyroid hyperplasia& B has mucocutaneous nodules(not quiet remembering)please correct people.

pancreas has zollinger ellison ,insulinoma like tumours
is there any men 3?

anasarca0101 - 11-24-08 11:15 i thought Men1 is due to tumour suppressor gene menin on chromosome 11. and MEN2 is due to Ret proto-oncogene. Thus they are different.
