bingousmle - 11-13-08 09:19 what advice would be necessary for a patient in such a case , considering the part of vision affected in this particular situation

Re: ophthal
bingousmle - 11-13-08 14:03 these auras may precede acephalgic migraine. they mostly affect the central vision , and so may create problems with reading and driving , so should be given your advice to avoid accidents:)

Re: ophthal
sackatdoc - 11-13-08 14:45 i have a take on this, every new venture is a risk, it totally depends on us how well we prepare ourselves to face it,being scared should not be in the options even.

Re: ophthal
bingousmle - 11-13-08 14:49 i wholly agree with you, but see my people have expectations from me, and i have to live up to them. this whole mle business is scary
#13
Re: ophthal
sackatdoc - 11-14-08 07:44 This comes from my experience so listen close, we can never reach upto peoples expectations until are able to reach upto our own.the whole bussiness of MLE may be scary, may as well be too much too handle but if you dont believe in your self that you have got everything that takes to achieve it, then the sheer extensiveness of this business will engulf you and that would affect your performance.

Youngdoctor - 11-16-08 02:49 Prognosis:
Symptoms typically resolve within 15-30 minutes, leading to the headache in classic migraine, or resolving without consequence in acephalgic migraine.

Re: ophthal
bingousmle - 11-17-08 22:32 sure. it starts as a flickering light in the centre of visual field, then it expands. it might give a FORTIFICATION SPECTRUM, seen as a zig zag pattern.
