Re: paediateric telephone station bingousmle - 12-22-08 04:41 Ask her to pay you a visit, since until and unless you assess whether really the child has some problem or it is the mother who is overtly concerned... it is difficult or rather inappropriate to advise...is what i think

Re: paediateric telephone station sackatdoc - 12-24-08 11:22 CS is a very strict kind of exam, a very seroius bussiness,one has to be at the top of his game 100% of time, no mistakes, no stuttering, knowing what you say, think or do, some people who pass with their below average performance are either extremely lucky or hell of a critiques of themselves, this is my inference, so people preparing for cs take it seroiusly and prepare with all the might, or may be now things have been made way tougher.
so a mother calling in your office has to go thru a systematic protocol of questionaire till she repents why hell on earth did she call,you have inquire not only why is she worried, but also birth, immunisation,nutrition,development,exposures and rash along with an exhaustive screen of all the other systems and ofc what bingo told.You have tell her talking on phone is so much you can do, the real advice and help will be if baby is rushed to ER, IF MOTHER IS STILL CITING HER HELPNESSNESS TALK ABOUT SOCIAL WORKERS

Re: paediateric telephone station bingousmle - 12-24-08 11:39 oh i thought that we have to do deal with actual SPs in a CS exam ... so is this a new format of the exam that one also can have a telephonic conversation as a part of the exam..
