A 12 month old presents with worsening eczema, petechia, spitting up and difficulty breathing. On physical exam the lungs sound wet and you notice the infant has small amount of bleeding. He also has enlargments of organs in the right and left upper quandrants.
The mother states that he has had several infections over the past 6 months.
What is the correct diagnosis?
