Is there any option other than usmle to do a PG course in the US? R there any private college entrance exams to take candidates directly, instead of taking usmle exams?

Everyone, be it an American Medical Graduate or an International Medical Graduate has to take the USMLE exams in order to do PG or practice in the US.
U will have to take the USMLE in any case.
