mebendazole and thiabendazole. (steroids reduce the inflammation)

Correct it's C .
Mebendazole is useful in a variety of roundworm (nematode) infections including ascaris, pinworm, whipworm, and trichinosis .

Muscle biopsy is used for trichinosis detection. Several immunodiagnostic tests are also available. Typically patients are treated with either Mebendazole or Albendazole but efficacy of such products are uncertain

albendazole has an advantage of being taken as a single dose which treats infection in most individuals...though may be repeated after 1 week to be sure..
