You should write whatever you examined, don't put any falsified information that may harm you. In a case of a patient with chest pain you need to focus on Chest & Heart exams; Abd, head and neck, skin exams are not mandatory, you don't need to do them and no need to write'em on the PN. Good luck..

If you have enough time do them, but remeber time is ticking during the exam, either that you are doing the medical history or you are writing the note

All over various books are emphasising this fact that this exam does not require perfection but tests how efficient you are in performing optimum tasks in stipulated time.so primarily this involves your presence of mind, ability to communicate&how impressive your behaviour is.Like theone accurately replied in someother thread-they are judging that you are a doctor&moreof good enough for AMERICA???as if.....

The health care in this nation is with no doubt "The Best" by all means of this word, so organizationas and State Medical Borads have the absolute right to raise the bars for foreigners, like me, who are seeking to be part of this ongoing process of perfection and unlimitted access to technology.

write only what you have done as the simulated patients has a checklist and a clip board asw ell , so do not write anything thats falsifying the information, but make sure THAT incase u have to do ab exmn in a cv case just wrap it in 30 sec , so that u can put it on paper

The clipboard where they put the blank paper you are going to write in while examining the patient

so clip board with blank paper is what we use as a scratch, while examining sp,so what doc1 is saying SP has these both of the items?is this a fair&neat kind of paper&suppose to be written legibly, have to register every thing do or say?also outside on computer table there is a saperate paper with typical format for patient note.right?

Yes, it's fair and neat paper. And Yes, Patient Note is different and sits on the computer desk rather than the blue-colored paper that you will scratch on while talking to the patient.
