Hi,
plz some one answer these Qs
If pt presented with high BP for the first time, do we need to check BP after 2 wks even though systolic BP above 160? At what BP level we need to start RX on the first visit?
PE case if V/Q scan –ve do we need to do lower leg venous Doppler still ?
Gout pt when COX2 inhibitors contraindicated?When colchicine contraindicated?
Pt with tendinitis who is on Ibuprofen developed increased creatinine. How should we manage his inflammation and pain apart from using NSAIDS

For the first case I would go for rx without the need to wait to recheck if more than 160 systolic

yes, to know where it came from.
renal failure. colchicine ci for gastri disturbances
d/c ibuprofen, manage pain with acetaminophen and immobilisation of the limb.
