PLEASE HELP

Hi Everyone,
I'm an old FMG,graduated in 2004, did post graduation in Medicine 2008, cleared USMLE STEP1 and Step2 with scores 28/95(1st attempt) and 236/99 (1st attempt), step2cs (second attempt). I'm ECFMG Certified. Planning to take step3 by September 2011. My Employment Autherization card(EAD) is under process. I'm presently doing observership for last 3 months and will get 2LORS from US doctors. I have some questions, can anyone help me please.
1. What are my chances of getting residency?
2. Since I will be getting my EAD(Employment autherization card) in mid of Sept should I apply for residency in mid of Sept or it is essential to apply on 1st Sept
3. should I mention in application that my green card is under process and where in the application form should I mention that?
4. What are other options for me if I don't get residency
Thanks a lot

The red flags in yur application r : (a) number of years elapsed since yur graduation
(b) multiple attempts on Step-2CS exam.
Yur scores r very good.US LORs will too help.
Get a high Step-3 score.
It is not essential to apply on September 1st,but it is preferable to do so.U can apply anytime in September.
Some residency programs accept EAD so u may be preferred in those programs over the applicants who need a visa.
U can only show yur current status in the US.
Other options include Research,Medical Assistant jobs, but for them u also need a visa.
Best Wishes!
