first ask the pt to make dairy of her symtoms
After conforming that PMSS or PMDS.. start treatment with NSAID's
For PMDS i think we have to give SSRI
PMSS and PMDS are same except PMDS has more severe symtoms than PMSS
correct me if iam wrong

yeh, but NSAID is not of benefit for these conditions. NSAIDs are given for the pain associated with the menstrual flow.

I forgot to say that YAZ which a newly approved medicine is used also( combination of contraceptives).
