Can you provide me details of the "Post-match Scramble"
I mean, supposing I do not match, can the above be done from my home country (through phone / fax / e-mails ) or is it necessary to stay in the USA during that period ?

Re: Post-Match Scramble TheOne - 05-03-07 16:20 Although it's better to be in the states during the scramble period (easier contact with the unfilled programs), you still can be in your home contry and approach them through phone, fax or email.

Re: Post-Match Scramble khanumi - 03-10-11 21:47 You can do it from anywhere since you will be using an email and fax, just have a US phone number like magic jack they wont use Skype so they have to be able to call you directly and you will need a good fax machine so you can find a company that can fax online so you don't need a US fax number
