US residency training is recognised in India,so u can work both in the public n the private sector.
Brighter future depends on the amount of money u earn n the job satisfaction u r getting.U can verify about the same in India if u want to work there.

Also, as u r currently doing Internship in India so u have an opportunity to do Clerckships in the US.Do apply for the same coz' they will boost yur CV up.After completing yur Internship u won't be able to do Clinical Clerckships in the US.

U need not to do USMLE Steps in order to apply for Clerckships.
