When will you see the patient next time?
When will you stop the INH?

INH stop at 9 month, when 3 consecutive negative sputum smear

When to see pt next time ---> after 1 month of drug prescription (to ensure compliance), not sure of this :))

do monthly follow up.
INH if there is symptoms of liver problem then when the LFT is > 3 times the normal stop the INH
if the patient is asymptomatic then stop INH when the LFT is> 5 times the normal.

Also not everyone will be followed by lFT tests.
Persons to have LFT follow up:
pregnant women, alcoholics, patients with already chronic liver problem.
