hmmmm. difficult questionn..but still lll try..Femoral-popliteal bypass i guess..
Carotid endarterectomy , Breast surgery, Knee replacement are high risk

Low risk procedureshave a risk of cardiac death less than 1% and generally do not require additional cardiac preoperative testing. They include endoscopic procedures, superficial procedures, cataract surgeries, and breast surgery

i think among the above additional preoperative cardiac testing is not needed for knee replacement, if the patient does not increased cardiac risk..others are major ones
