Cud u please be a little bit more clear about what u actually wanna know.
If u wanna do yur PG in a Clinical branch then u will not be able to do so until and unless u first have a proper license or registeration to practice in these countries.
Ye, in nonclinical branches like physiology,Microbiology,etc. it will possible for u to do a PG.U will have to pay the fees for yur entire course.
