1- ciprofloxacin
2-I think prolonged period of antibiotics like 8 weeks of ciprofloxacin.Sometimes alfa blockers also may help.
3- No antibiotics is required. Use alfa blockers, some times .

Treatment of:
(a) Acute bacterial prostatis: IV ampi + Aminoglycoside ---> switch to fluoroquinolone X 4-6wk[/b]
(b) Chroni bacterial prostatitis: TMP-SMX; fluoroquinolone X [b]6-12wk[/b]
(c) Nonbacterial prostatitis: Erythro X [b]3-6wk
, also NSAIDs & sitz bath
(d) prostatodynia: alpha blocker (Terazocin), BDZ

no need to remember any medication change for pregnancy here :)))
