A woman is brought to the hospital after a suicide attempt. In talking to a psychiatrist, she denies any prior psychiatric problems but says that about a week ago her apartment burned down. She was trying to get a job before that happened, but when she realized that she had lost everything she had, and that moving in with her family would probably not be possible, she decided to take her own life. Which of the following is the most likely diagnosis?
