1st lemme congratulate you for the Prematch offer.

1. I do not know abt the program.
2. A Prematch offer is definitely a sign of relief for an IMG (I presume u are an IMG), given the present competition.
3. If u are a highly competitive candidate, then u can take ur chances in the Match.
4. If u have similar such offers, then u can pick ur choice.
5. Do what ur heart & mind says. (Sometimes they contradict each other though)

It is releive to get a prematch offer, try to know what other programs have for you, If there is no sign for prematch, then go for this, getting somewhere better than no where there is no good or bad program, the worest thing is you did not match

I've ben told is a fair program, you'll have a lot of time to study and get very good electives, that is what I've heard so far Not know if it is true
