Very receptive to IMGs (his current chief resident is a graduate from the Dominican Republic- Dr. Mendez), so try to contact him and if you are interested in Addiction, tell him. He has a lot of studies on addiction going on there that might interest him.
Lincoln at NY is very though to get in, but very good. Lots of IMG
Bronx-Lebanon, difficult but has Fellowships. Lots of IMGs
