@dana44 : lung biopsy is usually not indicated in suspected sarcodiasis.. CXR , PFT, ACE, calcium levels ll be next step..

the most likely diagnosis is sarcoidosis which is commonly associated with elevated calcium levels and hence to be tested

the condition depicts sarcoidosis.Different imaging tests may help diagnose sarcoidosis:
Chest x-ray to see if the lungs are involved or lymph nodes are enlarged,CTscan,lung biopsy...but calcium levels are a must
