MRCP or any other Royal College Degree can definitely help as will help any experience from Western countries.
Mere exams like PLAB,etc will not.
Courses like ACLS/BLS,ATLS,etc can be beneficial.
Finally, it is actually the USMLE scores which determine one's chances of matching.
