Query About Cinical Elective Application

Sir,
i have just started my internship in india... i m giving my step 1 in oct... meanwhile m applying for electives in feb... in one of the forms i see
"AT THE TIME OF THE ELECTIVE STUDENT WILL BE A ______YEAR STUDENT IN A _____YEAR PROGRAM. THE DATES STUDENT WILL HAVE COMPLETED THE FOLLOWING CORE CLERKSHIPS AT THE TIME OF THE ELECTIVE ARE INDICATED BELOW:
MEDICINE:_______________________ SURGERY:______________________ OB/GYN:_________________________
PEDIATRICS:_____________________ PSYCHIATRY: ___________________ NEUROLOGY: ____________________"
I m confused what to fill here.. it is applicable for 4th yr medical school students... what should i do? plz help me fast.. i have to send, very few days left for applying...

U have to fill in the year u r presently in alongwith the number of years yur whole MBBS course is for.
U must have already completed all the core clinical clerckships at yur medical school.So, u will have to enter the dates u finished those core clerckships in different specialties.
