To all those who scrambled before... i wanna know how does the scramble list look like..i mean is the info displayed statewise or is it according to the number of unfilled programs.. does it also display the contact emails of the PDs

This is wat the NRMP says:
"Filled and unfilled results for individual programs posted to the Web site at 11:30 a.m.eastern time on 16th March.
Locations of all unfilled positions are released at 12:00 noon eastern time on 16th March. Unmatched applicants may begin contacting unfilled programs at 12:00 noon eastern time on the same day."
The region wise ( North East,etc.) unfilled position details r released first.Afterwards, u can view the unfilled positions for various programs in different specialties.The also mention the program codes,ACGME codes.Some also mention e.mail id's and phone no.'s.
