About Bowel Movements ask the following questions:
1) Has there been any change in yur bowel habits?
2) Did u notice any blood in yur stools?
3) How often do u have yur bowel movements?
4) Do u have any loose motions?
5) Are u constipated?
6) Was the blood mixed with yur stools?
7) What color is/was yur stool?
About vomiting ask the following questions:
1)Did u vomit/throw up?
2)Was there any blood in it?
3)What color was it?
4)How many times did u vomit?
5)Could u estimate the amount of yur vomitus?
