There is no such thing.
Where did u read about it?The only authentic sources about such issues r the USMLE and ECFMG websites.Donot believe in rumors.
Yes, Indians,etc have been recently barred from taking a licensure exam called 'National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)'.Medical syudents and graduates have nothing to do with it.Here is the link for further info:
