hi guys , my time of moving to us is coming near and i wanna know , how to do it, i mean where to go in US , i dont have anyone in US and i would like someone to guide me step by step on how to make a living in US in those initial days with the most economical ways., i mean to say where to go , where to live and where can i get more USCE and which city is cheaper and easier to live in. Plz guys guide me thro' each and every issue that u had to face .

For u the best option wud be to take the Step-2CS exam in Philadelphia and the best place for u to stay wud be the New York City.Philadelphia is easily accessible from New York City by a bus or train.
U can try for USCE in the hospitals in New York itself.
I think New York is very good to live in for someone entirely new to the US.The areas in the New York City r well connected thro' Subway Trains and Buses.As there is a huge immigrant population here so u will feel at home .U can search for yur accomadation thro' the website www.sulekha.com.It generally features the ads for renting rooms by indian and pakistani americans.If u share accomadation with another person then obviously u will have to pay the half of one usually pays.The general room rent for a single person in New York City is around 400 USD per month.
