Regarding ECFMG Letter

i am applying again this year for the 3 time i hope i can get it this time , any way i heard that i canot use the dean letter anymore and that a few applicants contact ECFMG to give them a letter like dean litter. so if that is correct what do they call this letter. and should I write down my new PS again.

That letter is called the ECFMG Neutral Filler Letter.
Yes, if u want , u can write a new PS.

smyomer - 05-24-10 13:31 Hi docjay .my scores step 1 81 step 2 87 step 3 79 pass cs in 2 attempts graduated in 2000 5yrs experience in back home 2 year experience in USA .iam trying since 2 ys and no luck I hope this year will have luck.

If one does not have an MSPE from his/her medical school then he/she can request the ECFMG to provide him/her a letter in its place in order to complete the application .This letter which the ECFMG provides is called the Neutral Filler Letter.

It is just an alternative to complete the application.
If u have a one-page Dean's Letter then u can submit it as well.This will be also accepted by ERAS.

That what they told me.
