well i asked about it in my university and they dont even know what MSPE is? can anyone plz describe what kind of document is it ? and who provides it ?

It is a multipage document in which u get remarks from all the specialty departments of your medical school where u have done yur clerckships and intern rotations.U get it signed and stamped from all of them.The various departments may include Medicine,Surgery,etc.
After u do all this u need to get it signed by the Dean/Principal of yur medical school.

zoah2005 - 05-15-10 10:26 based on what i m seeing i think its a document required by students only but not those who r graduates already , do i need this document? does everyone needs it ? , i graduated in 2008 and its a very technical document i dont think anyone can make this document in my university.

It is needed both by graduates and students.
U need to get the signatures yurself from all the department heads and then later get that signed by the Dean/Prinicipal of yur university.

Signing by Dean is OK as long as it contains remarks and signatures from all the department heads as well.

What u have with u is the previous Dean's Letter.
If u can then u shud get an MSPE made from yur medical school.But, I think many applicants r still able to use the previous one-page Dean's Letter.
