hi guys i need to knw that i have not sent a single application this yr bcoz i was very late and have not done CS yet , i wanna knw about participating in scramble becuase i have heard that one can get lucky in that so what should i do to participate ... plz guys guide me...

For an IMG who needs a visa SCRAMBLE is not at all an easy process and for such an IMG applicant it is very difficult to secure a position thro' it and more so in a program like medicine,etc.
It is pertinent to mention that there are usually many prelim surgery spots and Family medicine spots available but still there is a lot of competition even for them though one may sometimes get lucky in securing one of those spots.
It is better not to pin hopes in SCRAMBLE but at the same time there is no harm in applying to programs that time.
