I am a fmg and have passed step 1 and 2ck. Please give me a list of hospitals that give residencies in Internal Medicine without step 2cs.
I have done postgrad in Internal Medicine from India. Please let me know which hospitals would give me ACGME accredited fellowship in Neurology without my having done any residency in USA.

It's difficult to get a list of the programs that require no ECFMG certificate "without finishing a step or two". Try "http://www.matcharesident.com" website, they have good lists but you need to purchase them.
Neurology is treated as a seperate residency here in the US. Means, to become a neurologist you need to finish 1 year of ACGME accredited residency in IM (AKA. Prelim year) then to join a 3 years residency in Neurology thereafter. There's no Neurology fellowships for IM physicians.
You can apply for IM fellowships like cardio, pulmonology, endocrine, etc. without having a residency here in the States. Try FREIDA to check for these fellowship programs "http://www.ama-assn.org/ama/pub/category/2997.html"

There are NO programs in the US that wud take an applicant without even the ECFMG certificate!
It isn't just difficult but 100% impossible!

Neuro is NOT a fellowship in the US, unlike in India.
