HI , actually from my experience and what I had seen in the previous year. high scores , garantee the interviews for you , the other side depends on your personality and how you do in the interviews . the second issue is having USCE with the LOR is your advantage to be ranked high in the program , and to illustrate this , I have a friend with more than 95 in both steps with a lot of interviews and did not match , he called the programs , and most of them answered him that he lacked the experience to be in the top . you see now , noot just scores matter , it is the whole backage matters. Thanks for reply.i raed that they prefer fresh graduate.in that case i dont have any much of clinical experience since im gradute recently.
