Residency position

Hi
I am an IMG. I did 10 1/2 month in a FM program in USA in 2007 and then I was place in indefinite suspension for the rest of the academic year ( until June 2007). Now I am re-applying for a residency position 2008 and I had several interviews ( I have mentioned in my CV my situation).
I would like to know if is there any problem with Medicare paying again my first year of training?
Thank you very much

there shouldn't be if you have a program sponsoring you...unless the ACGME accepts your first year (it should since you worked for 46 weeks). If not, there is not problem in repeating first year
