Residency Program Ousting Me,Plz Help!

hi
i am an old img. i graduated in 1997. with lots of struggle and hardship finally got a residency .but my program rule was that i had to pass my step 3 by the 2nd year. i took step3 three times but failed .now my program is not going to keep me .i am totally lost. is there any chance that i will be able to get a 3rd year position in any program or my hopes r totally ruined? how can i find out the programs that don't need step 3 before completing the training? please help me.

U have completed two years of yur residency training,so u can find a third year spot.It is not the end of world for u.

Info about various residency programs and their requirements can be found on the website of FREIDA.Go to the FREIDA website and get the info from there.U can also find links for the webpages of individual programs there where u can also find the info.
