conym5 - 04-08-10 20:37 ans/B..The next step is a CT scan of the thorax with contrast, and before administering iodinated contrast, an allergy history must be elicited.

smoker,left hilar mass and emphysema...could be a lung carcinoma in a chronic smoker...rule out by biopsy later..
