a 65 year old man has been diagnosed with osteoarthritis. His Hb is 11 and wbc 9000, lymphocyes and eosinophils are in normal levels. ESR is elevated. BUN and serum creatinine are in normal limits. what is first line drug of choice?

patient Hb is 11 , elderly pt , low hemoglobin, indicates some bleeding somewhere in GI tract (most common cause of anemia in elderly)
so aspirine is containdcated, so go for c. prednisone , if acetaminophen is not there in the options
