Hi everyone. I would like to know how much the salary of an average resident comes out to be. Say before tax it is 40,000 how much is that after tax per month?
Please do not write "Oh it depends on the state". I know that, that is why I said average.

Re: Salary!!! gauravprince1 - 02-01-08 08:30 as u know as per state. but mainly how many dependents are u gonna have on ur tax return? which kind of visa status u have?
if u r us resident or citizen & lets say u r alone than u should expect around 2800-3000$ a month. if u have a spouse & if he/she is going to be dependent on ur tax return than u might get 3000-3200 a month. if u have a kid than u might not have to pay anything at the end of the year.

Re: Salary!!! radhamesramos - 02-03-08 18:57 And depends on the program...church hospitals in big cities pay more than public hospitals in smaller cities, see their salary lists (actually almost no program corrected this info in FREIDA this year), and calculate depending on your dependants based on gaurav calculations, nad there you go

Re: Salary!!! radhamesramos - 02-14-08 10:59 depends on the number of dependents, so the most dependents you have, the less they take away. So if you are single they deduct more than married with children...
