Hi bazeee,
I guess I've been writting about my step 3 experience over and over, you can check that on Step 3 forum.
What you need to do is simple, Start your day with the Kaplan notes and when you feel bored switch to usmleworld quetions doing the full count (46-question in each block randomly), do a couple of these paying attention to reading the explanation after finishing. if you find yourself bored again go to usmlesteps 123 and do some CCS. Remember to read First Aid too.

Just do a lot of questions, and CCS and then questions and then CCS, and then questions, and then questions...I know sounds boring but that is the way to go. Good luck!

do we have separate kaplan notes for step 3 or it is the same notes which we study for step 2

Mainly the Qbank. The Kaplan Qbank for Step 3 is a must. I passed the exam only by the Kaplan´s Qbank. And I did it for thre months only. Good luck!
