Re: SCRAMBLE Q TheOne - 02-16-08 13:11 It's better to send what's called a "Cover-Page or letter" in which you brief your CV in one page that would be easy to email or fax "& read".

-Do not send all documents unless you called asked to send everything otherwise send a coverpage with your credentails only (rest accessible online if used ElectronisResidency.com). If you send all docuements you will be using the terms "Flooding". Flooding is spam and spam will be thrown to garbage. Residency program want to know who you are without sending them unnecesary docuements.
-Do not attach documents email because they simply do not open attachments (takes time to download and also they are scared of virus attachments).
-Do not send ALL 30 application thourgh ERAS on first minute UNLESS You have no plans to fax, emai lor call. Imagine if you send all at 12:00pm ET and then get aclled at 12:15pm ET and programa sk you to send through ERAS. Rememebr you have only 30 application limit and if used then you cant send anymore. Send up 20-25 applications and these few in case you get called and asked for an ERAS application.
Residency program loves considerate applicants...they do not want their fax machines flooded with thousands of docuements on that day. One page is enough.
